Job summary

Staffmark Group in Roanoke, TX is hiring a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to help keep our warehouse in motion. You will operate a Crown stand-up reach forklift, move, store, and stage inventory, and assist with order fulfillment.

Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included. The role requires 2 years of reach truck experience, strict attention to safety, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2 years' experience operating reach trucks.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown stand-up reach forklift safely.
• Move, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick orders and stage pallets for shipment.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and verify product information.
• Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
