Lineage Logistics is hiring a High Reach Forklift Operator in Geneva, IL. This on-site role requires operating a stand-up reach forklift, moving pallets, and maintaining equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Shifts include Wednesday–Saturday early morning or Monday–Friday evening, with pay plus premium allowances for second shift and weekend work. The successful candidate will perform pallet handling, RF system logging, and routine equipment maintenance while adhering to

Competenze

Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
Willingness to work alternating shifts, including weekends.

Mansioni

Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height for outbound shipment.
Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
Monitor and maintain battery charge and clean batteries; return equipment to charging station.
Operate with other material handling equipment as needed.
