Job summary

Highland-Cabinetry-Inc in Phoenix, AZ seeks a dependable Stock Picker – Order Picker Operator to pull cabinets from multi-level racking and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate an order picker, verify items, and keep stock accurate while following safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse.

Must have prior order picker experience, able to work at height with a harness, lift heavy cabinet products, and collaborate with warehouse staff to hit daily shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating an order picker in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work at height and wear a safety harness as required.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy cabinet products.
• Warehouse/manufacturing setting with cabinets and building materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order picker (stand-up, elevated platform lift) to pull cabinets and materials from racking at multiple levels
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for transfer orders (TO's) and customer shipments
• Verify items, quantities, and SKUs against pick lists before staging
• Restock cabinets and related products in assigned rack locations
• Inspect products for damage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
• Wrap, label, and secure cabinets for storage or shipment on pallets
• Keep aisles, racks, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety rules, fall-protection requirements, and proper material-handling procedures
• Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
