Randstad USA in Pelham, AL is seeking a warehouse associate to handle replenishment and pallet movement using a stand-up forklift. You will log all moves in the WMS and maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage areas.

The role runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with lifting up to 50 lbs, and requires passing a PIT test. RF scanner proficiency is needed to track inventory and ensure accurate records. Randstad supports safety and equal opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

• Prioritize and execute the timely replenishment of picking tunnels and forward stock locations using the stand up forklift.
• Move full pallet loads from reserve storage (high racks) down to floor or lower-level storage areas as dictated by the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Safely navigate the stand up forklift through busy warehouse lanes, utilizing horns and signals to alert pedestrian traffic and other machinery operators.
• Assist in organizing and condensing reserve inventory storage areas to maximize space efficiency.
• Complete accurate documentation of moves, either manually or via a mounted device, ensuring all replenishment tasks are logged correctly.
