Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, well-run facilities to provide a safe supply chain environment. Jobs include operating stand-up and high-reach forklifts, and a structured 2 days on/2 days off/3 days on schedule with 36–48 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain safety.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklift and assist with cycle counting and audits.
• Maintain accuracy in paperwork (bills of lading, packing slips).
• Support maintenance of the automated packing system during shift hours.
• Follow safety guidelines and contract performance metrics.
