Harvard Maintenance in Smyrna, TN is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to load and unload goods, move materials, and support inventory control in our warehouse. This on-site role requires a valid forklift certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification required.

Mansioni

• Operate electric stand-up counterbalance forklifts or stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from incoming trucks and place them in designated storage areas.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations as needed.
• Move products and materials to pallets, crates, or designated storage or shipping locations.
• Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational safety.
• Identify damages, report shortages or quality concerns, and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and equipment activity logs.
• Comply with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
