Job summary

Bay Logistics, Inc. in Spring Lake, MI, is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for weekend nights. This role operates on Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM, in a refrigerated, food-grade warehouse environment.

You will load, unload, and stage pallets, perform daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Weekend Nights

Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 5:00PM-5:30AM

Pay:
$18.50/hour base + up to $3.00/hour bonus (attendance & performance)
Earn up to $21.50/hour

Bay Logistics is hiring forklift operators to support our temperature-controlled warehouse. This is a great opportunity for operators looking to build experience on stand-up equipment in a clean, organized environment.

What You'll Do as a Stand-up Forklift Operator:

• Operate stand-up forklifts


• Load, unload, and stage pallets for shipping and receiving


• Perform daily equipment inspections (Hilo)


• Maintain a clean and safe work area


• Follow all food safety and warehouse procedures

What We're Looking for in a Stand-up Forklift Operator:

• At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience


• Experience and ability to operate stand-up/reach equipment


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift


• Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (38 degrees)


• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
