Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is hiring for a Stand-Up forklift operator in Williamsport, Indiana. This warehouse role supports production lines, conducts quality inspections, and assists with packaging of hoses and tubing in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers daytime hours 8:00am-4:00pm at $17 per hour, with potential for direct hire after 90 days and benefits including paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist with production processes, including quality inspections and packaging.
• Support start-up and shutdown of production lines.
• Perform yarn changes and ensure material is supplied to the line.
• Inspect products and accept or reject based on quality standards.
• Lift and package finished products up to 50 lbs.
