Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You can bring your client, earn more, and receive Medicaid enrollment support along with DCW training and ongoing support.

This role offers flexible scheduling, PTO, and weekly pay with payments processed every Friday. Pass a background check and be 18+ to qualify. You can work with a client you already know or take on new assignments.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience (personal or professional) preferred.
• DCW certification preferred; agency can assist.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals, help with light housekeeping and organization.
• Support mobility and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Communicate with families and care teams.
