• Lead and manage a team of 5 skilled Tool and Die Makers and Maintenance professionals.
• Oversee daily tool room operations to maximize tooling reliability and production uptime.
• Plan and execute preventative and corrective die maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement across the stamping tool room.
• Manage the sourcing and procurement of tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services.

• Coordinate die set-ups and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the stamping tool room
• Manage the sourcing and procurement of new tooling, spare parts, and outside vendor services

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in stamping tooling and die operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing tool room or maintenance teams
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for navigating and interpreting tooling drawings is highly preferred
