What You’ll Do

As a Stamping Machine Operator, you will help keep production moving by setting up and running stamping equipment to meet exact work order requirements and quality standards. This role exists to ensure our customers receive consistent, accurate components—safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up stamping machines and verify first-piece accuracy
• Monitor runs, make adjustments, and document output as required
• Perform in-process inspections and respond to quality concerns
• Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized work area

A Typical Shift

You’ll work onsite in Rochester, NY 14623 on the day shift—Monday through Thursday, 5:40 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. (4–10s). After reviewing the day’s priorities, you’ll complete machine set‑ups, run parts, and perform regular checks to confirm product quality stays consistent throughout the shift. You’ll keep an eye on machine performance, record required information, and coordinate with teammates and leads when priorities shift or questions come up. The day ends with a smooth handoff, organized work area, and readiness for the next run.
