Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance/repair experience on stamping machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, particularly automotive.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in stamping machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on stamping machines.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance without disrupting output.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the plant.
• Assist in installation and setup of new stamping equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance and production staff.
• Pursue process improvements and cost reductions in maintenance.
• Stay updated on stamping machine technology trends.
