Job summary

MEC in Defiance, Ohio is seeking a stamping operator to join our manufacturing team. You will read and use quality tools to ensure parts meet specifications, enter part information in the ERP system, and operate stamping equipment on a scheduled basis.

In this role you will perform basic maintenance to keep presses running, follow safety procedures, and support scheduling and material handling tasks on the shop floor. A strong team player with reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use quality inspection equipment.
• Proficient and basic math and computer skills.
• LOTO certification required.

• Ability to use motorized walking stacker.
• Follow Lock out Tag Out procedures when applicable.
