Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• 5 years TIG/MIG welding experience in stainless steel.
• Able to read blueprints and use tape measure, levels and squares.
• Willing to grind and polish frames to a cosmetic finish.
• Experience with horizontal band saws to cut material.
• Comfortable lifting at least 50 lbs and standing long periods.
• Solid math skills including fractions and decimals for layout.
• Familiarity with ERP software in a job shop (JobBoss).

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and prepare materials for welding per blueprint.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel; produce clean, strong welds.
• Tack and finish welds; verify fit and alignment with supervisor.
• Grind/polish frames for cosmetic finish.
• Collaborate with in-house engineering and customers to ensure quality.
