Job summary

Mity-Lite, based in Orem, Utah, is seeking a production team member with sewing machine operator experience to join a family-oriented environment. The role features a day shift Monday–Thursday (6am–4:30pm) with potential overtime on Fridays, and three-day weekends for good work-life balance.

Applicants should have stain mixing/application experience, with wet paint knowledge being a plus. The company offers comprehensive benefits and room to grow within a growing manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with stain mixing or application preferred.
• Wet paint experience (automotive or other) helpful.

Responsibilities

• This position will require use of a full face respirator and a clean shaven face.
• Cross-train within department(s) and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Review production schedule with Manager to determine models and stains required for mixing product; refer to weekly whiteboard list.
