Wilsonart, Greenville, has an immediate opening for a Stain Formulation Specialist. The specialist will mix paints and stains using MaestroHue under the direction of the Operations Manager and perform pre-booth quality checks of equipment.

Candidates should have 1+ years’ experience with stains and paints, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail; color matching and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience working with mixing/matching stains and paints.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to match stains and paints accurately; color vision test may be required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; flexibility to perform warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform pre-booth quality inspections of equipment.
• Accurately mix paints and stains using MaestroHue and other approved tools.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
• Keep work areas clean and in proper working condition.
