Job summary

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Stagehand to join our production operations team in Florida. Responsibilities include assembling/disassembling scenery, loading props, and coordinating with production staff to ensure sets and equipment are ready for performances.

You will assist with lighting, sound, video, and carpentry tasks, and must be able to work outdoors year-round, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with a bilingual team.

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders and work outdoors year round.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, dismantle, and store scenery, set pieces and props.
• Load and unload props and materials from trucks.
• Set up lighting, props, and microphones.
• Move and rearrange furniture and set up road cases.
• Construct and paint set pieces and set up risers and musical equipment.
• Assist with video, sound, and lighting production needs.
• Read/follow rundown to anticipate show needs.
• Maintain headset for directions from crew.
