Job summary

Live Nation’s US Concerts division is seeking a Stagehand to ensure the success of show productions by handling the technical aspects of the performance. Responsible for load-in/out, passes, cabling, and coordination with audio/lighting crews.

You will assist with band changes, signage, and backstage logistics, maintaining safe stage areas and supporting events. A 3-year minimum tour production background and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
• Must be able to move up to 75lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Performs load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental gear.
• Secures passes, tickets and prepares guest lists under the stage manager's direction
• Assists with cabling, audio and lighting crew as directed
• Handles band set changes and ensures performers have necessary items
• Communicates show details to production crew
• Hangs banners, updates marquees and venue signage
• Coordinates food trays for the band in the Music Hall
• Assists with spotlight operation and maintenance of gear as needed
• Maintains and repairs sound, light and stage equipment
• May assist stage manager with passes and backline
• Maintains curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items
• Assists audio and lighting crew with equipment
• Operates stage areas safely and cleanly
• Supports special events operations
• Ensures stage trash is removed and areas are ready for next show
