Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to support shows, events, or costumed character products at our parks. You will oversee operations, manage timecards and schedules, and collaborate with multiple teams to meet project goals, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating rehearsals, and participating in start-up meetings.

Qualifications

• Associates or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years supervisory stage management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team member supervision, show/event quality assurance, safety, and venue operations.
• Training and development, evaluation, team member performance supervision and department safety initiatives.
