Job summary

CompleteStaff in Elkhorn, WI is seeking an energetic Staffing Specialist/Recruiter to join our office. You will help candidates navigate their job search while partnering with local clients to fill light industrial, skilled trades, semiprofessional, and office roles.

Key duties include onboarding paperwork, interviewing candidates, performing background checks, coordinating client interviews and orientations, and processing weekly payroll accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Prior office and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with the sales aspect of recruiting.
• Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
