This role collaborates with designated nursing unit personnel to evaluate staffing numbers and skill mix every four hours, communicates reassignments, and maintains essential records to ensure smooth operations. A High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience required.

Three 12-hour Night Shifts (6:30pm - 7:00am) shifts including every other weekend and holiday requirements.
