You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, source through job boards and referrals, and match candidate skills to client needs while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals.
