You will support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans by delivering companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance in clients' homes. A caring, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to follow written care plans and instructions.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement through conversation and activities.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and snacks according to care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Provide medication reminders per the care plan.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer respite care to family caregivers.
• Document shift activity and report changes to office.
• Support client independence and daily routines.
