Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to maintain accurate schedules for direct care staff across our nursing teams. You will collaborate with managers to determine staffing levels and adjust coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
• Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
• Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
• Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on Paid Time Off requests
• Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
• Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
