Locations Hiring:

Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with Team members to ensure client quality of care
  2. Staff all open schedules for client care
  3. Coordinate care services and scheduling with clients, Case managers and CHHA employees
  4. Attend daily morning meetings
  5. Ensure good quality day-to-day operations
  6. Monitor that client care services are provided per the assigned schedules
  7. Oversee client authorization for services are in place and current
  8. Recruit and complete onboarding process for new employees
  9. Complete day-to-day office filing and tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in a home healthcare, staffing or recruiting setting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred
  • Proficiency on working with Microsoft office products (i.e. excel, email, word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to make high volume outbound calls and answer high volume inbound calls
