Job summary

Google is seeking a Staff UX Researcher for Agentic AI within the Ad Sales and Marketing Platform to guide product development for global sales teams and advertisers through user-centered research at scale.

You will collaborate with Google Research, DeepMind, GTech, and business units, applying advanced experimental design and statistical methods to evaluate Agentic AI systems and inform journey improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product research in an applied research setting.
• 5 years of experience in statistics, survey research, and the principles of experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Bridge user needs and business realities by clarifying leadership trade-offs for viable product decisions.
• Transform technical AI issues into actionable research questions and design recommendations.
• Drive AI evaluation for Agentic AI systems.
• Advise Director-level and VP-level stakeholders on highest-priority problems to solve.
• Design and execute research to ensure AI solutions solve real-world problems.
