Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years in frontend/UX engineering.
• Proven experience leading frontend initiatives across multiple products.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Design Systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance UX Engineering strategy for Waters Software.
• Lead frontend architecture, reusable components, and a Design System.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, Architecture, and Agile teams to translate research into reusable UX solutions.
• Mentor engineers, enforce accessibility, and ensure quality through automated tests.
