This is a senior IC role for an autonomous researcher who leads from framing to decisions and impact. You will own a multi-quarter research backlog, mentor researchers, and partner with PMs, XD leaders, and analytics teams to de-risk decisions and track performance with

• 7+ years of UX Research experience leading strategic programs across multiple product areas.
• Experience developing and leading mixed methods research strategies with data/analytics partners.

• Strong portfolio of deliverables that align with business objectives and inform decisions.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling narratives to senior stakeholders translating findings into actions.

The Staff User Experience Researcher brings deep craft expertise, a programs-not-projects mindset, and the ability to inspire other researchers while partnering with senior PMs and XD leaders to de-risk decisions and sequence work with impact.
