You will own planning, execution, risk management, and program metrics, coordinate cross‑functional launches, and apply AI fundamentals to improve productivity and impact across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Foundational AI skills to apply to programs.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, SQL analytics, or cloud data infra.
• Experience coordinating programs spanning US and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex multi‑team programs.
• Build and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Facilitate cross‑team coordination and decision‑making with stakeholders.
• Translate status into crisp updates for leadership and engineering.
• Identify risks early; lead retrospectives for process improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM.
