Job summary

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader seeking a Staff Technical Marketing Manager for Falcon Seraphic Enterprise Browser. You will shape messaging, create compelling technical content, and drive go-to-market success, influencing product positioning and adoption across secure browser and Zero Trust initiatives.

The role combines deep technical expertise with product marketing leadership, reporting to the Sr. Director of Technical Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or browser security experience.
• Deep expertise in ZTNA, SASE, VPN, and browser security.
• Experience creating technical demos and customer-facing content.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI security governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop demonstrations, labs, and workshops for Falcon Seraphic Enterprise Browser.
• Create technical content: demos, briefs, blogs, whitepapers.
• Author guides for secure access and browser security implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Translate capabilities into customer narratives for technical practitioners and executives.
• Work with Product Management to align roadmap with market storytelling.
• Develop sales plays and training with Sales Engineering.
• Support Analyst Relations with briefings and demos.
• Represent CrowdStrike at conferences and customer meetings as a technical evangelist.
• Analyze market trends to strengthen leadership in secure access and AI security.
