RTX is seeking a Staff Tech, Security in Tucson, AZ to support clearance processing and compliance with DoD security requirements. The role involves maintaining records, entering cases, and handling SF86 questionnaires in government databases.

Ideal candidates have an AA/AS degree with 6+ years of relevant security experience, knowledge of SEAD 3/4, and strong written/verbal communication skills. Hybrid onsite presence 2–3 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite, 2-3 times per week.
• Working knowledge of SWFT and DISSPERSEC experience.
• Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
• Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.

Responsibilities
