TaskUs is seeking a Staff Recruiter in the United States to drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles. You will engage top candidates, partner with hiring managers to define needs, and implement creative sourcing strategies to fill critical positions.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer and close.
• Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate criteria and timelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs and educate on interview best practices.
• Passively source for top talent for high-volume roles.
• Ensure accurate, marketable_job postings and targeted outreach.
• Maintain recruitment data in systems and reports.

Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.

Pay Transparency Statement:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

You love partnering with hiring managers to understand their department needs and requirements and come up with creative approaches to fill the void. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer and close
• Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate selection criteria and timelines for delivery.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs as well as educating on best practices for interviews
• Passively source for top talent
• Ensure job postings are accurate, marketable and target the appropriate audience
• Maintain data in recruitment systems
• Attend community events to promote TaskUs brand and plan Interviewing Days on-site
• Build a bench of qualified and interested candidates for high volume roles
• Being a team player by working alongside the current staff recruiting team and sharing inputs, delegating equally and supporting one another

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows
• Experience with applicant tracking systems - Workday is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Unrelenting work ethic and passion for Recruiting and producing results
• Strong desire to interact with the public
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies
