Domains may include Air Dominance & Strike, Maritime, Ground Systems, Space, Counter‑UAS, and Autonomy/Lattice. The Reliability & System Safety Engineering team works with our broader Engineering team to ensure our products are safe and meet all mission performance, environmental, and customer requirements.

As a Staff System Safety Engineer at Anduril, you will establish discipline philosophy across product lines, tackle unprecedented challenges without standard frameworks, and transform departmental capability through new methodologies and multi‑year enterprise initiatives. You will lead safety across multiple programs and define safety methodology org‑wide.
US Salary Range: $191,000 — $253,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
