Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, SRE, Platform Engineering or related fields.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Expert-level command of monitoring, observability, and alerting platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Deep Linux expertise from kernel internals to OS-level troubleshooting in production.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML-powered solutions into cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recognized expert across multiple systems; influence architectural and strategic decisions.
• Lead research, testing, and deployment of new systems and tooling; drive improvements.
• Manage high-impact work including capacity planning, load testing, and security improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation; maintain calm, effective incident response.
• Plan and lead high-risk maintenance events with minimal customer impact.
• Elevate team standards through new tooling, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
