Job summary

Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer based in Boston, MA. This role will lead AI enablement within the engineering team, developing necessary tools and frameworks. The position requires a deep understanding of SRE fundamentals, AI tools, and production environments, including AWS and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and the ability to mentor others. Competitive compensation ranges between $150,000 and $230,000 based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tools or integrations.
• Proficiency in Go or Python with experience in production-grade automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for integrating AI-native tools into development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and adopt best platforms, measuring impact on productivity.
• Mentor engineers and uphold high infrastructure quality.
• Participate in a low-volume on-call rotation.
