Twelve Labs is hiring a Solutions Architect to help our strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. You will be the dedicated technical resource for key accounts, driving solution design, implementation guidance, and co-development of innovative applications that showcase our multimodal foundation models.

You will provide expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS preferred) and hands-on support for Bedrock; Azure, GCP also welcome.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern app development with video workloads.
• Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and building trusted technical relationships.
• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex tech to business stakeholders and debug integrations with engineering teams.
• Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects, thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborative, humble attitude with eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to help our strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. Acting as the dedicated technical resource for key accounts, you’ll drive solution design, implementation guidance, and the co‑development of innovative applications that showcase the capabilities of our multimodal foundation models. You’ll provide expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams. This is a highly self‑directed and creative role where you’ll need to thrive in an unstructured, rapidly expanding and evolving environment. Candidates must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually to attend conferences, off‑site meetings, and other business‑related events as required by the role. This role may require participation in on‑site interviews and/or completion of in‑person onboarding processes.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting the implementation of video AI applications with technical stakeholders at startups and enterprises. Own technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving adoption across their organizations. Guide customers on best practices for leveraging TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences. Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions, escalating complex requirements to internal experts as needed. Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common customer requirements and technical challenges. Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams, helping shape product roadmaps and future capabilities.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Have 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer‑facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Have experience working with hyperscalers (AWS preferred, with hands‑on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock; Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers also welcome).
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development, with a deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.
• Have experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, with a track record of building trusted technical relationships.
• Are an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.
• Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑changing environment with evolving priorities.
• Bring a collaborative, humble attitude with an eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.
