Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Coordinating & overseeing activities rel. to SAP SuccessFactors projects by bld'g & maintaining strong relationships w/ cross-functional & bus. teams; Dsgn'g & dvlp'g comprehensive end-to-end data mapping btwn SAP SuccessFactors & downstream/upstream systs by enabling seamless master data integration, ensuring data flow accuracy, & significantly enhancing overall syst efficiency; Performing req'mts gathering & analysis by applying in-depth knowl of traceability matrices, risk & cost analysis, bus. goals, req'mt categorization, & user story frameworks to assess SAP SuccessFactors' relevance to customer needs.
