Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a staff-level software engineer to join the System Experience Setup team in Cupertino, CA. You will design and implement new Setup Assistant features, refine the existing onboarding experience, and help ensure high-quality, scalable software used by iPhone, iPad, and Mac customers.

You'll mentor peers, set technical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver delightful user experiences across Apple devices.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering skills with well-abstracted interfaces.
Experience designing and supporting platform APIs.
Demonstrated technical leadership and delivery.
User-centered mindset driving product decisions.
Mentoring peers and growing junior engineers.
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and influence decisions.
7–10 years of impactful software engineering experience.

Responsibilities
