Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a software professional to design, develop, and verify microservice-based software for space systems at our King of Prussia, PA site. You will work within agile teams to implement open-architecture, cloud-enabled solutions and ensure software standards are met.

The role requires hands-on development with Java/C++, JavaScript, C#, Python and container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and documenting microservice-based architectures.
• Strong presentation skills and clear communication.
• Deep understanding of open architecture, cloud design and security principles.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, JavaScript, C#, Python, and related languages.
• Experience with Agile development, Jira and Confluence.
