Responsibilities

• Own and drive Coinbase's multi-year technical strategy for Solana staking.
• Lead the engineering effort to achieve industry-leading APY through validation optimizations.
• Serve as Coinbase's authority on Solana runtime, staking economics, and related protocols.
• Partner with other teams for scalable staking integrations.
• Represent Coinbase in the Solana ecosystem and speak at major conferences.
• Write production code and design critical infrastructure.
• Mentor and elevate the engineering team.
