Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Search Abuse in Mountain View, CA. You will own outcomes, tackle ambiguous problems, and influence stakeholders while building scalable security-focused features across the Search product family.

• Contribute to a positive team culture, including feedback to help the team iterate on team values and norms as we scale up, improving multi-site and cross-functional communication, and improving engineering processes.

• Experience with anti-abuse or security using Google or industry-equivalent technologies and methodologies.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Salary & Benefits

• US Salary Range: $207,000 - $300,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
