Qualifications

• Requires at least six years of professional software development experience with Java and the full software development lifecycle.
• Plus at least three years working with e-commerce search technologies and system design.
• Expertise in search engines, indexing and middle-tier services, distributed systems, monitoring, and architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable search systems, translating business and technical requirements into reliable solutions and supporting 24/7 incident response. Guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, optimize search components, and advance search capabilities and engineering practices, including support for agent-based experiences.

Requirements: Requires at least six years of professional software development experience with Java and the full software development lifecycle, plus at least three years working with e-commerce search technologies and system design. Candidates should have expertise in search engines, indexing and middle-tier services, distributed systems, monitoring, and architecture, along with demonstrated mentoring, collaboration, and operational experience.
