We’re looking for a Staff Platform Engineer (IC5) to lead the technical vision and architecture of our enterprise multi‑cloud Kubernetes platform. This is the person who sets technical direction for the Platform team, defines durable engineering patterns that scale across cloud providers, and provides architectural leadership that multiplies the team’s output. This role sits on the critical path for our next two major product releases. The decisions you make don’t stop at Platform Engineering—you’ll shape how the company’s infrastructure works across all customer‑facing engineering. You’ll mentor P3/P4 engineers and leave a technical legacy that lasts well past any single project.
We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity. We believe everyone on the team should have a stake in what we’re building. Benefits vary by region to make sure you’re covered in the ways that matter most. In the US, that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) and flexible spending accounts.
Regardless of where you live, everyone at Ditto can utilize flexible time off. And while we work remotely, our Atlanta and San Francisco offices are open if you ever want a place to work or meet up with teammates.
