Qualifications

• Option 2: 6 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area; WCAG/Accessibility knowledge valued.

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong hands‑on development skills across multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to conduct thorough system design reviews and apply software design patterns for secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in API design, software prototyping, and DevOps engineering to enhance platform productivity.
• Skilled in data‑driven decision making and driving engineering excellence through continuous improvement and error correction.
• Effective collaborator with strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
