Job summary

The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead a team of engineers delivering customer- and associate-focused software products.

You will influence product and tooling choices, drive delivery, and help grow junior engineers while ensuring security, resilience, and production readiness. You will work on debugging, performance tuning, deployment, and monitoring while collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with search tools (Elastic Search, Mongo Atlas, Apache Solr) and cloud (GCP).
• Proficient in Java Spring Boot and SQL queries against relational databases.
