Job summary

Concord Technologies is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems for fax and healthcare document exchange. This role spans on-premises and Azure cloud environments, with emphasis on security and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or staff-level role.
• Deep expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including Azure and private data center deployments.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Extensive experience with document processing, fax protocols, and healthcare data formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, HL7, FHIR).

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems that support fax and healthcare document exchange . This role is central to modernizing legacy communication workflows and ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant data exchange across healthcare organizations. You will drive technical direction across hybrid environments, including private data centers and the Microsoft Azure public cloud , while mentoring engineering teams and influencing cross-functional initiatives.

Compensation Range : $140,000 - $160,000
