Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong foundation in CS and scalable systems.
- Experience building large-scale AI/conversational platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
Responsibilities
- Construct a scalable product infrastructure with user-friendly interfaces for engineers and configurators.
- Design scalable API abstractions for the conversation platform.
- Optimize the dialog engine for multilingual translation with low latency.
- Promote best coding practices, API design, and system robustness.
- Provide insights and metrics for monitoring and analysis of the product.
- Collaborate with ML, application, product, and support teams on new features.
