Grupo QuintoAndar is seeking a senior software engineer to drive the AI-first pivot and build scalable systems for conversational journeys. You will design and maintain high-volume microservices handling 50M+ monthly accesses, and own the full software lifecycle from definition to production.

You will mentor mid-level and junior engineers to raise the technical bar, with a remote-first culture across multiple countries and a strong emphasis on mentorship and technical density.

Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with database design and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog or New Relic.
• Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English.
