Ivo AI Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to build generative AI products that transform how contracts are analyzed and managed. You will work across the stack to develop AI functionality, deliver high-performance UI and backend systems, and design scalable pipelines for LLM orchestration and data extraction.

You will collaborate with designers, lawyers, and engineers to reinvent how lawyers work with AI, helping a range of customers solve complex contracting problems.

Role: Staff Full-Stack Engineer

Engineers at Ivo design, create and deploy generative AI products. You’ll work across the stack on:

• Developing full stack generative AI functionality
• Shipping high performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably
• Designing pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale
• Collaborating with designers, lawyers and other engineers to re-imagine how lawyers work in the AI age

Engineering at Ivo

• An AI agent that lives in MS word and edits the document for you [2023]
• Ditching imprecise embeddings models in favor of agentic RAG [2023]
• Large-scale LLM-based legal fact extraction [2024]
• A legal assistant that can search large contract databases, without sacrificing accuracy [2024]
• Clustering legal documents descended from the same family [2025]
• Automatic deviation analysis to locate buried risk in huge contract databases [2025]
