Job summary

BD is seeking a senior software engineer in MD (Sparks) to design, develop, and maintain Angular web apps and desktop apps using WPF/MVVM. You will work with firmware and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions in a regulated, high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software development, 6+ years with C#, 5+ years SQL/.NET, and hands-on Angular 18 experience. On-site presence is required for most roles.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience through the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum of 6 years designing and implementing with C#.
• Minimum of 5 years with SQL/Database in a .NET environment.
• Experience with Angular 18 development and desktop apps using WPF/MVVM.
• Experience with IIS administration and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Angular web applications using modern architecture and best practices.
• Develop reusable UI components and integrate front-end with back-end APIs.
• Design and maintain desktop applications using WPF and MVVM.
• Participate in application modernization, migrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with firmware and systems engineers to implement integrated solutions.
• Translate requirements into well-structured software designs and documentation.
• Debug and troubleshoot automation systems and participate in code reviews.
